Application Fee for Admission — A $60 non-refundable Application Fee is due when submitting your application for admission to the University. Pay your application fee online through PayPal or send a check payable in Euros to Horizons University.

Master of Arts degree (MA) — 2,900 euros / year
Master of Business Administration (MBA) — 3,450 euros / year
DBA by Research (Doctor of Business Administration) — 2,600 euros / year
Taught DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) — 3,000 euros / year
Master International Education (MAIED) — 3,450 euros / year
Additional specialization for MAIED — 750 euros / specialization (maximum number of specializations allowed: 3)
Fees
Registration fee – 60 euros per year
Technological fee – 80 euros per year
Course Change or Drop Fee – 50 euros per course changed or dropped.
Returned Check/Denied/Delayed Credit Card Charge Fee — 100 euros is charged per returned check or denied/delayed credit card transaction.
Evaluation of Transfer of credits — 45 euros per credit
Official Transcript Fee — 10 euros is charged per official transcript request.
Diploma Replacement Fee — 200 euros is charged per replacement.
Replacement ID Card — 35 euros is charged per replacement.
Delayed bank transfer – 100 euros per month of delay.
Fees for companies
When companies pay for your enrollment, please be aware that a 500-euro additional fee is applicable. Make sure to mention from the beginning of the enrollment procedure that you need an invoice to be drawn out to your company.
